Phase 1
This initial training is the pillar of any business. It includes Sales and Operations, Communication skills and Time Management skills. It will be conducted for 5 days. Every member will earn 40% share on the amount of business brought in for the company. A certificate will be issued at the end of the training.
A refundable fee of Rs. 1,500 is given back when the earning begins and will be reimbursed at the end of this phase which is approximately 5 months with business worth Rs.3,00,000 sold for profits
Phase 2
After successful completion of phase 1 training, you will be introduced to a more practical phase 2 that will enhance your personality. The transition from a follower to a leader will begin for your development to the final stage of the business.
It includes Social Media Marketing, Public Relations and Mentoring. The sessions will be conducted for 6 days. Every member will earn 50% share on the amount of business brought in for the company. A certificate will be issued at the end of the training.
A non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,500 is charged. This phase will end in approximately 5 months with business worth Rs. 5,00,000 sold for profits
Phase 3
Being almost 70% successor towards achieving your goal it’s time to step to the phase 3 level. It includes Process Implementation, Counselling and Leadership skills. The sessions will be conducted for 4 days. Every member will earn 60% share on the amount of business brought in for the company. A certificate will be issued at the end of the training.
A non-refundable fee of Rs.4,500 is charged. This phase will approximately end in 6 months with business worth Rs. 8,00,000 sold for profits
Phase 4
Being with the company for 1.5 years you would have learned all the essential skills required to start up your own business or just share with us your precious knowledge, time and competencies for our overall growth.
